Finned Tube Heat Exchangers

FINNED TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS OVERVIEW:

Finned Tube Heat Exchangers for applications that require high heat transfer area for relatively low heat transfer fluids. The advantages of using these finned tube heat exchangers are that they are compact. Our integrally finned tube heat exchangers can be used in refrigeration condensers as well as for oil cooling applications. The typical applications are for air heating, cooling. The fins are either plate fins or helically wound depending upon the quality of air and the temperature. The capacities range from 1000 kcal/hr to 1,000,000 kcal/hr.

We cater finned tube heat exchangers which are designed as per the international standards and requirements of the clients. These exchangers can be employed for cooling or heating of air or other gases which flow in a duct or cooling of water and other liquids using air. Also, these units are provided with persistent flat-fin and tubes, tubes with annular drawn fins, tubes with continuous spirally wound plain or corrugated fins or tubes with washer type fins.

These finned tube heat exchangers are manufactured with copper, aluminium, stainless steel, admiralty brass, copra-nickel or carbon steel.
