Is your cooling system wasting energy?

Intelligent compact variable speed pumps from Tipo Heat Exchangers can reduce complexity in your temperature control system or chiller unit, helping to improve energy efficiency and save capital and operational costs. With Tipo Heat Exchangers you can take control of the temperature control loop, and monitor and optimise the entire cooling system.
Tipo Heat Exchangers let you:
1. Take full control using fewer components
2. Save capital and operational costs
3. Save installation costs
4. Reduced noise
5. Connect to your SCADA or BMS system for total overview and control
Description
1. The design of cooling tower in double air-inlet is manufactured through adding a second coil pipe and PVC cooling fillings layer to the single air blower system on the basis of one inlet design, so as to achieve better cooling performance and lower energy consumption at the flat area.
2. Evaporative condenser of cooling tower in double air-inlet can reach the maximum industrial capacity with only one module, so it is the ideal choice to choose the double inlet cooling towers for larger projects.
3. Two-way coil pipes inside a cooling tower in double air-inlet of closed circuit cooling tower can achieve the purpose of cooling different medium in the same tower.
4. Please check the cooling tower specification from the attached technical parameter sheet or cooling tower diagram.
Expertly tailored to your needs
When you choose Tipo Heat Exchangers , our temperature control experts will work with you to tailor your cooling pumps to the precise requirements of your heat exchanger, chiller unit or cooling tower. You get a single point of contact for the design, installation and maintenance of your system.
Are you looking for a smarter way to regulate your temperature control system?
There are several ways to configure a temperature control system. Tipo Heat Exchangers supports the intelligent direct approach, in which the temperature measurement feeds directly to the E-motor (a motor with built-in frequency converter). The PI regulator in the E-motor keeps a flow that corresponds to the desired temperature from the heat exchanger. This eliminates the need for a regulation valve and its correlating pressure loss.
