Pressure vessel

Tipo Heat Exchangers is an engineering and manufacturing firm that provides custom pressure vessels for Industrial and Commercial uses. We can provide pressure vessels up to 25Kg/cm2 pressure rating, 30 Tonnes in weight, size up to 4000 mm (O/D), 50 mm (C.S.)/25 mm (S.S.) (thickness) & 6000 mm (length) and in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel & Alloy Steel. Using latest manufacturing techniques, materials and skills, Pressure Vessels are manufactured. Inter-process QA inspections ensure high quality levels are maintained. Hydraulic, Radiographic, Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant testing, as required, can be performed. Certification of pressure vessels can be supplied for pressure test, weld tests, materials, pressure gauges and relief valves etc. upon your request.

Pressure vessels are used in a variety of applications in industries. Pressure vessels are designed to operate safely at a specific pressure and temperature. A vessel that is inadequately designed to handle a high pressure constitutes a very significant safety hazard. Because of that, the design and certification of pressure vessels is governed by design codes.

Product Range : From 10 Ltrs to 20,000 Ltrs
Working Pressure : From 1 Kg / CM2 to 60 Kg / CM2

We design and manufacture all types of high quality pressure vessels from small to large heavy vessels, including Oil & Gas separators. Our custom designed and fabricated vessels/separators comply with international standards ASME Sec VIII Div. 1 & 2 and PD5500.

We have extensive experience with a wide range of material including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Cladded, Alloy, Inconel, and non-Ferrous metals.

Our submerged arc welding equipment will soon be coupled with other welding procedures, covering welding parameters to thickness up to 250mm.
